From my hearing I heard that it's better not to use any cleanser or cream before sleep and I am not using any makeup too.Is it ok to wash your face just with simple water and didn't use any cream before bed?
If you are a teenager it is very important to wash your skin every night. I go to a very expensive dermatologist/cosmetic surgeon that explained to me even if acne is not bad at the moment, if one does not take care of your skin it could show up any time. I have pretty clear skin but when I have good days I sometimes neglect my skin only to get breakouts a few days later. Also all acne leaves scars so the only way to prevent the scars is to help prevent the acne. My advice would to wash your face everynight and skip the cream if your skin is not dry.Is it ok to wash your face just with simple water and didn't use any cream before bed?
During the day your skin is getting bombarded with air born pollutants that can aggravate your skin, causing breakouts and blemishes, and water alone will do nothing to remove them. Use a gentle face wash at night even if you don't wear makeup. Washing you face in the morning is only necessary if your skin is very oily.
It's better to use a cleanser, because it provides a deep clean and removes all the dirt and oil from your skin, making it less likely that you'll get breakouts. If you have an acne cream, using that at night is fine too. Just put on a moisturizer afterward so that it does not dry out your skin.
yeah it's very good for your skin to get a warm wet wash cloth and just pat it on your face before bed. really works! just whatever you do don't use just regular bar soap for your body its actually bad for your face and can break you out
yeah my mom tells me that the soap you use in the shower makes ur face uber dry and that causes you to break out. i always use baby oil before i go to bed to make my face smoother.
Yeah keep it simple, especially if you don't wear makeup.
If your skin is easy to take care of (no acne, no oiliness etc), then yeah.. just wash it with water and/or very mild soap like Dove.
