What'a a good face cream?

I breakout very often, like every other week i get quite a few pimples in my face, can anybody recomend a good face cream that will keep my face clean and not make it dry?What'a a good face cream?
The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too.
