What sunscreen are you using? You should definitely use a cream with spf around your eyes...

Neutrogena has tons of sunblock with high spfs that work really good.

Your sunblock shouldn't leave your face white. It should blend in and disappear, just like any other cream you use on your face. And you definitely can use it around your eye area.

About your eye area seeming tired, Olay has tons of products. Look on their website for the one that might suit you best.

Also try using a concealer to even out the skin tone around your eye area. If you have dark bluish circles under your eye, you want to first use a Salmon colored concealer, then use one that matches your skin tone over it and set it with a powder.
