Gloria poisoned the face cream wanting to get even with Jack(her son-in-law who hates her) thinking that she would use it on herself and cause a scandal when the story got out to the press that the cream was poisonous. Unfortunately, Jack shipped out the cream earlier than scheduled so it went out to the stores causing several to get hurt and one ended up dying. Then her second husband Will Bardwell (the district attorney at the time) finally found out that she did it, but he had a heart attack or stroke and it left him unable to speak or communicate. He was trying to tell everyone that she did it as he was slowly getting better, but Gloria moved him into her place so she could keep him from blabbing. Eventually, he had a relapse and died so no one ever found out. (Yet...)On Y/R, what did that lady do to the face cream/lotion?

The lady that you are talking about her name is Gloria and she contaminated the cream with some type of household cleaning supply. She did only mean for her to use the cream but Jack decided to release the cream early. She did it because she wanted to get back at Jack and Ashley for the way they treated her. Most people can't stand her on the show (talking us fans), I know that I can't stand her myself. Oh and the cream that she contaminated did kill one person a hurt a lot of others.





Now Nikki she killed her childhood friend when she was like I believe 7 or 8 years old, her dad kept a gun in his closet and her friend wanted to play with it, so she went and got the gun for her friend and when she went to go give it to him she shot him. She tried blocking that memory out of her mind for ever and she did a good job of it until about a year or so ago.

That lady (GloHo Baldwin) contaminated the whole shipment of face cream with some type of household cleaner. She only meant for herself to get burnt, but it didn't happen like that.
