I don't think this would help. Are you talking about water retention? Try cutting down on your salt intake. Are your eyes puffy, try hemmoriod cream on the bags under your eyes--it's what models use :) Also check out Paula Begoun's website, she answers questions, reviews productsd and has her own line of cleansers and makeup.
