Shaving face without shaving cream?

I hear if you shave your face hair grows faster, but can you shave you face without shaving cream? Like shave it with just hot water or something? I want sideburns and stuff but i think the shaving cream will get in my hair, and id rather shave an easier way.Shaving face without shaving cream?
It's true, the more you shave, the more your hair will grow and the darker and coarser the hair will be. Just remember that no matter how much you shave, the amount of shaving won't help any ';bald'; spots. Bummer, huh?

Regarding shaving without shaving cream, I think that would be painful. If you must, I would do it after taking a long shower (making your skin moist and more elastic). Otherwise, you may encounter razor burn, and believe me, after just getting razor burn once you'll never want it again.

If you are worried about shaving cream getting in your hair, how about putting your hair back while you shave? Or, how about shaving (with shaving cream) before you get in the shower and wash your hair?

Anyhow, go ahead and try it, but be warned that razor burn hurts very bad and lather (shaving cream, shower gel, or whatever) prevents razor burn.Shaving face without shaving cream?
ow ow ow ow ow... my face gets razorburn just thinking about that! lol... shaving does NOT make your hair grow back faster and thicker... it just seems like it cause it grows back at the same length instead of odd lengths.... and shaving cream is essential... or at least soap... but that will clog a razor and dull the $%26amp;%@ out of it... something that works really well is to get a fogproof mirror and do it in the shower... hair conditioner works really well if you don't wanna buy shaving cream.... and don't worry about getting shaving cream in your hair... it washes right out :)... and to combat razor burn and keep things nice and smooth, gillette has an after shave balm that is amazing... i use it myself
Very hot water and new blades, and it's going to hurt... And I don't actually think shaving causes hair to grow faster, I'm pretty sure it just seems that way. Also, shaving cream can cause your skin to breakout because it will clog your pores so if you can shave without shaving cream more power to you! Might I suggest an electric razor, though... It ends up being cheaper in the long run without having to buy new blades and you don't need shaving cream OR hot water, just a thought.
What if you mix some water with moisturizer (lotion) and do that? or you can use soap and water = )
Yes. I shave without shaving cream a lot, but make sure you use hot water. And the razor will pull more than if you use shaving cream or a gel cream like Edge.
an electric shaver doesnt use cream. you can use soap with a blade. water will do, but not very well
If you are going to shave without cream, I would recommend you do it in the shower.
