Benzoyl peroxide. You can buy it at a pharmacy.

The first answerer is correct in stating that drinking large quantities of water aid in flushing the body of some of the toxins which contribute to the formation of pimples. Reducing the consumption of fatty foods and washing your face twice a day (though no more) also helps to prevent acne.





In addition, it is a myth that chocolate contributes to the formation of spots. The assertion has been scientifically investigated and proven false. Chocolate increases no activity in the sebaceous glands. Those who argue that do not know what they are talking about.
This is a herbal remedy and it works very well for me.


Take some chick peas, and grind them, so that it becomes a powder.


Then mix the powder with milk, so that it become 1 part powder and 1 part milk, then mix into a paste, apply on spotty skin, leave for about 5 minutes, and then wash with warm water
are you talking about zits? or age spots? if you are talking about zits, i started using the pro-active reparing lotion and it works wonders. really does. I also use some stuff by Murad with sulfur in it and its really good too.
They don't work. Seriously. I have tried everything. If it is really bad, then go to the doctors. If it isn't, just leave them alone they will go eventually.
i know it sounds tough but chocolate is the worst thing to eat because it gives you spots. if you cut down on sweets and chocolate and drink lots of water... your face should clear up :)
drink 8 cups of water a day. its cheaper and will stop the spots without any harsh creams.
