I am 30+ and have those terrible brown spots (appeared after a series of beach holidays). i don't want to do micro-abrasion or plastic surgery. I would appreciate if anybody recommends a cream that actually works. I tries so many and none of them worked... You might have Melasma which is brown skin pigmentation. Some women get it from being on the contraceptive pill or when pregnant, its a hormonal thing.
Check out Maladerm. It helps lighten Melasma induced pigmentation.
