No such thing. Sclerotherapy can collapse the vein and from there your body naturaly gets rid of it. There is also laser treatments that you can do, see a Dermatologist or a Plastic/Laser surgeon. I don't kno about creams but they have a procedure that collaspes spider veins and makes them dissolve and disapear.
